App licence

Dotli is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). That agreement sets out the licence to use the app and the applicable rights and responsibilities. This page provides practical information about Dotli and does not replace that agreement or limit your statutory consumer rights.

Dotli Studio

Dotli includes free features and an optional non-consumable in-app purchase, Dotli Studio. Studio opens all 200 current patterns, both ladder chapters, and unlimited photo projects. It is a one-time purchase, with no subscription or automatic renewal. The price shown in the app and Apple’s purchase confirmation is the price that applies to your purchase.

Apple handles payment. You can restore Studio using Restore purchases in the app with the Apple Account used to buy it. Ladder stages and maker rewards still follow normal in-app progression. Saved projects remain usable if Studio access is removed, but starting new Studio-only content requires an active purchase entitlement.

Refunds

App Store refund requests are handled by Apple under its applicable policies. You can submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your photos and creations

You retain your rights in the photos and original content you bring to Dotli. Use photos and messages you have the right to use or share. Exporting a card does not give us ownership of your content.

Your projects are stored locally. Please keep copies of exported work you want to preserve. Restoring a Studio purchase does not restore local projects. See our privacy policy for details about local storage and backups.
